Turkey Poults
The eye-to-beak coordination of turkey poults deteriorates as they age. For this reason producers need a system that helps assure poults can still activate the drinker and receive adequate water even when their coordination has deteriorated badly. The enclosed watering system keeps water more hygienic and the litter drier. If you intend to use the Ziggity poult watering system on turkeys older than 6 weeks we recommend that you monitor bird weight very closely and switch to the Ziggity T-Max Adult Turkey watering system if you notice daily weight gain leveling off.
